We enjoy a shared identity of the two Lutheran schools in the Geelong area:
- Geelong Lutheran College – St John's Newtown: 3K – Year 6, established in 1962
- Geelong Lutheran College – Armstrong Creek: P – Year 12, established in 2009
Both of our campuses offer a welcoming, lively and nurturing Christian environment with a focus on providing a quality, Christian education for children in the Greater Geelong region.
Our outstanding staff are very committed to supporting our students and their ongoing development. Essential to our College is our relationship with God, in the context of the Gospel, where each student is valued and accepted as a child of God.
Relationships are a very important part of our Geelong Lutheran College culture, and we use the Restorative Practice model in the support of our students’ behaviour.
Both campuses are committed to our students’ social and emotional wellbeing through the provision of highly qualified and experienced wellbeing support staff.
We offer a range of co-curricular activities including: sport and music and extra-curricular including service learning, robotics, debating, lunchtime clubs, concerts, biennial musical, bands, ensembles, choir.
